1.22 If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own non-refundable cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective, in these cases we will refund the return postage as well as the original cost of the goods) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.

Flawed/Defected Goods/Shortages and Errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt before washing and report any flaws/defects within 30 days of receipt. Flawed/defected goods/goods sent in error are to be returned and will be refunded including postage upon their receipt. You may then reorder a replacement if you so wish or in the case of goods sent in error, a replacement will be sent. If you wish to keep the goods then a partial refund will be offered to account for the flaw/defect. It is not possible to both keep the flawed goods and have them refunded and/or replaced.
Should there be any minor problems with your order (small shortages or single items that can not be sent due to flaws etc) you will receive a partial refund through your payment gateway to cover the item/shortage in full. These payments are noted explaining reasoning and must be viewed on the PayPal desktop facility rather than the PayPal App. Should there be any issue with more than a single item/shortage we will email you to discuss at the email address provided on your order.
Please allow a 10% margin for shrinkage when washing all natural fibre based fabrics such as cotton as they will shrink when washed. We advise prewashing all fabrics before cutting and use to ensure any shrinkage occurs before first use rather than after first wear. Please note that we do not recommend tumble drying but if you choose to do so please ensure you are aware this could cause further shrinkage and allow for this upon ordering your length of fabric.
